السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یا حُجَّهَ اللّهِ وَابْنَ حُجَّتِهِ

Peace be on you, O Allah’s argument and son of His argument

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یا قَتیلَ اللّهِ وَابْنَ قَتیلِهِ

Peace be upon you, O the slain in the way of Allah and son of the slain for him (Allah).

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یا ثارَ اللّهِ وَابْنَ ثارِهِ

Peace be upon you, O vengeance of Allah and son of His vengeance

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یا وِتْرَ اللّهِ المَوْتُورَ فِی السَّماواتِ وَالأَرْضِ

Peace be on you, O unique (in suffering tribulations) and the oppressed on earth and heavens.

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ دَمَکَ سَکَنَ فی الْخُلْدِ وَاقْشَعَرَّتْ لَهُ اَظِلَّهُ العَرْشِ

I testify that your blood-shedding placed in heaven and throne shook for him

وَبَکى لَهُ جَمیعُ الْخَلائِقِ

And all creatures mourned for him

وَبَکَتْ لَهُ السَّماواتُ السَّبْعُ وَالاَرَضُونَ السَّبْعُ وَما فیهِنَّ وَ ما بَیْنَهُنَّ

Seven heavens and earth and all thing on them and between them mourned for him

وَمَنْ یَـتَـقَلَّبُ فی الْجَنَّهِ وَالنّارِ مِنْ خَلْقِ رَبِّنا وَما یُرى وَ ما لا یُرى

All Allah’s creatures in heaven and hell, whatever we can see or not, mourned (for him)

اَشْهَدُ اَنَّکَ حُجَّهُ اللّهِ وَابْنُ حُجَّتِهِ

I testify that you are Allah’s argument and son of His argument

وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّکَ قَتیلُ اللّهِ وَابْنُ قَتیلِهِ

I testify that you are the slain in the way of Allah and the son of the slain.

وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّکَ ثارُ اللّهِ وَابْنُ ثارِهِ

I testify that you are vengeance of Allah and the son of His vengeance

وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّکَ وِتْرُ اللّهِ الْمَوْتُورُ فِی السَّماواتِ وَالاَرضِ

I testify that you are unique (in suffering tribulations) and the oppressed on earth and heavens

وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّکَ قَدْ بَلَّغْتَ وَنَصَحْتَ وَوَفَیْتَ وَاَوْفَیْتَ

I testify that you conveyed (your mission) and advised (us) and displayed devotion and royalty

وَجاهَدْتَ فی سَبیلِ اللّهِ وَمَضَیْتَ لِلَّذی کُنْتَ عَلَیْهِ

And you strove in the way of Allah and passed the way for him (martyred)

شَهیداً وَمُسْتَشْهَداً وَشاهِداً وَمَشْهُوداً

Martyred, witnessed and proved

اَنَا عَبْدُ اللّهِ وَمَوْلاکَ وَفی طاعَتِکَ وَالْوافِدُ اِلَیْکَ

I am Allah’ servant and your slave and accept your obedience and come toward you

اَلْتَمِسُ کَمالَ الْمَنْزِلَهِ عِنْدَ اللّهِ وَثَباتَ الْقَدَمِ فِی الْهِجْرَهِ اِلَیْکَ

I request that save me well place in heaven and be stabile on your way

وَالسَّبیلَ الَّذی لا یَخْتَلِجُ دُونَکَ مِنَ الدُّخُولِ فی کَفالَتِکَ الَّتی اُمِرْتَ بِها

The way that no body tease me about flowing your commands and could not stop me

مَنْ اَرادَ اللّهَ بَدَأَ بِکُمْ

Whoever wants to be in Allah’s way, should Start to know you

بِکُمْ یُبَیِّنُ اللّهُ الْکَذِبَ

You are the reason that Allah uncovers lies

وَبِکُمْ یُباعِدُ اللّهُ الزَّمانَ الْکَلِبَ

You are the reason that boring hours are passed by Allah

وَبِکُمْ فَتَحَ اللّهُ

You are the reason that Allah discovers (the bottlenecks)

وَبِکُمْ یَخْتِمُ اللّهُ

You are the reason that Allah terminates (all thing in the world)

وَبِکُمْ یَمْحَقُ ما یَشآءُ

You are the reason that Allah hides whatever he wants

وَبِکُمْ یُـثْبِتُ

You are the reason that Allah proves

وَبِکُمْ یَفُکُّ الذُّلَّ مِنْ رِقابِنا

You are the reason that we will be rescued from cruelty

وَبِکُم یُدْرِکُ اللّهُ تِرَهَ کُلِّ مُؤمِن یُطْلَبُ بِها

You are the reason that Allah wants revenge for all the faithful

وَبِکُمْ تُنْبِتُ الاَْرْضُ اَشجارَها

You are the reason that trees are grown on the earth

وَبِکُمْ تُخْرِجُ الاَْرْضُ ثِمارَها

You are the reason that fruits are ripen on the earth

وَبِکُمْ تُنْزِلُ السَّماءُ قَطْرَها وَرِزْقَها

You are the reason that Allah sends us blessing

وَبِکُمْ یَکْشِفُ اللّهُ الْکَرْبَ

You are the reason that Allah relieves pains

وَبِکُمْ یُنَزِّلُ اللّهُ الْغَیْثَ

You are the reason that Allah sends rain from sky

وَبِکُمْ تُسَبِّحُ الأَرضُ الَّتی تَحْمِلُ اَبْدانَـکُمْ وَ تَسْتَقِرُّ جِبالُها عَلى مَراسیها

You are the reason that all things on the earth pray the Lord and mountains settle down on the earth

اِرادَهُ الرَّبِّ فی مَقادیرِ اُمُورِهِ تَهْبِطُ اِلَیْکُمْ وَتَصْدُرُ مِنْ بُیُوتِکُمْ

The Lord's will in our affairs comes to our homes

وَالصّادِرُ عَمّا فُصِّلَ مِنْ اَحْکامِ العِبادِ

And all of affairs in our life are sent by Allah

لُعِنَتْ اُمَّهٌ قَتَلَتْکُمْ

Allah be curse on nation who killed you

وَاُمَّهٌ خالَفَتْکُمْ

Who opposite to you

وَاُمَّهٌ جَحَدَتْ وِلایَتَکُمْ

Who denied your leadership

وَاُمَّهٌ ظاهَرَتْ عَلَیْکُمْ

Who support themselves against you

وَاُمَّهٌ شَهِدَتْ وَلَمْ تُسْتَشْهَدْ

The witness who never confirm you

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ الَّذی جَعَلَ النّارَ مَأواهُمُ وَبِئْسَ وِرْدُ الْوارِدینَ

Praise be to Allah who has made hell and ambush their shelter and location for them

وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ

It will be bad location for all of them

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمینَ.

Praise be to Allah who is the Lord of the world

Then three times say the flowing words:

وَصَلّى اللّهُ عَلَیْکَ یا اَبا عَبْدِاللّهِ،

O Allah, send blessings on Abu Abdullah (‘a)

Then three times say the flowing words:

اَنَا اِلَى اللّهِ مِمَّنْ خالَفَکَ بَریءٌ.

I dislike whoever disobey Allah

You should then stand up and direct towards his son, ‘Ali, who is buried to the side of the Imam’s feet, and say the following words three times:

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یا بْنَ رَسُولِ اللّهِ

Peace be upon you O son of messenger of Allah (Prophet Muhammad(‘s))

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یَا بْنَ اَمیرِالْمُؤْمِنینَ،

Peace be upon you O son of commander of faithful (Ali ibn abi Talib(‘a)

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یَا بْنَ الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَیْنِ

Peace be upon you O son of Al-Hussain and Al_hasan

السَّلامُ عَلَیْکَ یَا بْنَ خَدیجَهَ وَفاطِمَهَ

Peace be upon you O son of Kadija and Fatima

Then three times say the flowing words:

صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَیْکَ،

Peace be upon you

Then three times say the flowing words:

لَعَنَ اللّه مَنْ قَتَلَکَ

Allah be curse on who killed you

Then three times say the flowing words:

اَنَا اِلَى اللّهِ مِنْهُمْ بَریءٌ.

I repudiate them in the presence of Allah

You should then stand up and point to the martyrs with your hand, may Allah be pleased with them, and say the following words:

السلام عَلیکُم السلام عَلیکُم السلام علیکم

Peace be upon you, Peace be upon you, Peace be upon you

Then continue:

فُزْتُمْ وَاللّهِ فُزْتُمْ وَاللّهِ فَلَیْتَ اَنّی مَعَکُمْ فَاَفُوزَ فَوْزاً عَظیماً

Swear on Allah, You achieved a great success. I wish I were with you and I would achieved a great success
